Access is a key or code left once, or a standing arrangement with your building's front desk; every cleaner is trusted and vetted. The rate is discounted by up to 20% per visit and locked in, and there's no contract — pause while you're abroad, switch to monthly for the summer, add a visit before guests. Rescheduling is a text. Anything missed on any visit is re-cleaned free within 24 hours.
