The island's apartments are almost all in modern buildings — Manhattan Park, Riverwalk, Main Street, the towers toward Southpoint — so a move clean here is consistent work: quartz or stone counters cleaned and dried, glass shower enclosures and fixtures descaled, steel appliances cleaned inside and polished outside, engineered floors damp-mopped and detailed into the corners. Every cabinet, drawer and closet is cleaned inside; light fixtures, vents and switch plates wiped; walls spot-cleaned for the marks where furniture stood; the inside of every window squeegeed streak-free.

For departing tenants that's a deposit returned in full. For arrivals — often a student or a family moving in over a single weekend — it means the apartment is genuinely clean before the boxes come off the truck. Getting to the island is on us — there's no charge for the tram or the F train and the flat rate is the same as the mainland. We book to your dates, evenings and weekends included, and nobody needs to be there: hand us the keys and go, or leave a code. A one-bedroom takes three to four hours; larger units get two cleaners. If anything's flagged within 24 hours, we come back free.
